Pramod co-founded arkavix bringing a decade of full-stack engineering and project management experience across product and services teams. He has shipped customer-facing platforms, internal tools, and integration layers across a wide range of stacks — and the pattern he has learned to trust is: the technology is rarely the bottleneck; ownership, cadence, and honest scope are. At arkavix he owns delivery across every engagement, runs the engineering hiring bar, and is the reason our clients keep telling us we are the only consultancy that feels like a single team rather than a roster of contractors. His default mode is to ask, in the first meeting, "what does done look like?" — and to keep asking until everyone in the room gives the same answer.
