every engineer at arkavix has shipped the kind of system they're now helping clients ship. we don't hire junior, we don't hire from bench-warmer consultancies, and we don't subcontract.
comp that reflects it
senior and staff comp is published on every role. we pay at or above the 75th percentile of the markets we hire in, plus meaningful equity. we don't negotiate against our own offers.
remote with intent
most roles are remote across india with an optional bengaluru home base. we meet in person quarterly because some conversations need a whiteboard.
